Acknowledgement All registrations received prior to 24 March 2022 will be acknowledged in writing. Registrations received after this date will be processed on the day you arrive at the Conference. Online registrations will be acknowledged with an automated email response and a tax invoice, which appears as an attachment. On-site delegates are not guaranteed Meeting documentation, a Conference satchel or any inclusive social function tickets. Invitation Letters Please note, Invitation Letters are NOT required for visa application purposes. If you register and pay to attend the conference your formal confirmation letter (sent via email when you complete the registration process) will be sufficient to assist with applying for your visa. |
Cancellation and Refund Policy All cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Manager. Cancellations made by Monday 21 February 2022 will be refunded, less $225.00 to cover administration costs. After this date, no refunds will be made. All refunds will be processed after the meeting. If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred. Payment All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars (inclusive of GST). Registration cannot be confirmed until full payment is received. Credit card payment is not compulsory for online registration as you will receive a tax invoice with your registration confirmation. Cheque/Money Order/Bank Draft: Please make payable to “Workz4U Conference Trust – ISPP22”. All payments MUST BE IN NEW ZEALAND DOLLARS. Credit Cards: AMEX, Mastercard and Visa are accepted. Credit Card payments will appear as Workz4U Conference Trust on your statement. Online Banking: If transferring funds from overseas please ensure that you transfer the full amount including an international transaction fee of NZ$25.
